6 months to a year before your wedding date

  • Create a style/mood for your wedding and pick a color palette

 

3-6 months before your wedding date

  • Define your design and floral concept

 

2 months prior to your wedding date

  • Calculate the number of stems you will need to create your desired amount of ceremony arrangements, wedding party flowers, and reception flower arrangements.

 

1 month prior to your wedding date

  • Place your order for fresh flowers to ensure best pricing and grower availability

 

Week of your Wedding

  • Flowers should arrive 5 days before your wedding date

 

Day one of flower arrival

  • Flowers need to be conditioned and process for maximum longevity and freshness.

 

Day two

  • Flowers should be allotted and organized per piece that needs to be designed and assembled. All accessories such as ribbon, embellishments, and rhinestones should also be allotted per piece, as to ensure the correct amount of supplies and to give you time for oopses .

 

Day three

  • Flowers get a fresh cut, clean water, and new flower food. Corsages and boutonnieres can be assembled and refrigerated. Prep work for centerpieces, and large arrangements should be completed.

 

Day four (day before the wedding)

  • All bouquets, centerpieces, and other arrangements should be labeled, assembled, packaged for transportation, and placed in a cool room or fridge.
